“ This was our first stop to eat in Northern Ireland, and it was the best choice we made. Staff were very friendly, great looking decor with indie rock and pop music playing, and the food was so delicious. I had the seafood chowder for a starter, fresh from the catch and had a tasty sauce mixed with haddock, prawns, and mussels. For the main I had the Salmon fillet with champs and prawns and it was the best salmon I ever had, it had so much flavour mixed with white sauce and cheese. We're definitely coming here again. ”

We tried the Belfast pastie for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. The seafood chowder was full of flavour, and the wheaten bread that came with it was like a savoury cake, I loved it! We both had sirloin steaks, cooked medium rare, and they were the best steaks we’ve had in a long time, so tender, like cutting through butter. We also tried champ for the first time and the home-cooked chips, which were delicious. The staff were brilliant!! Happy, friendly, and really helpful. It made the whole experience even better. This was honestly the highlight of our trip. If we come back to Belfast, we’ll definitely be back! ”

“ The service and food was excellent. I recommend getting a reservation especially on the weekend. We wanted to have good traditional Irish food and Darcy"s didn't disappoint. We started with muscles which, we shared, the garlic creme sauce was so good. As our entrees we had the traditional Irish stew, pork belly and the daily special salmon with shrimp. The Irish stew was very flavorable, you could taste the lamb in the sauce. If we come back to Belfast we would surely be back to Darcys. ”
